4. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- 10th Pass OR ITI OR equivalent.
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT from recognized institutions is also accepted.
Age Limit (As on 01 Jan 2026)
- 18 to 33 years.
- Age Relaxation: +3 Years for OBC, +5 Years for SC/ST, and +10 Years for PwBD (UR) as per government rules.

6. Detailed Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Single-stage CBT covering General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Awareness. Contains 100 questions for 90 minutes. There is a negative marking of 1/3 mark for every wrong answer.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Shortlisted candidates undergo PET.
- Males: Carry 35 kg for 100m in 2 mins AND run 1000m in 4 mins 15 secs.
- Females: Carry 20 kg for 100m in 2 mins AND run 1000m in 5 mins 40 secs.
- Document Verification (DV): Candidates called in a 1:1 ratio.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to strict medical fitness based on the post.
